Key Responsibilities

• Delivering personalized nursing care to patients.
• Administering prescribed medications and treatments.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to create and execute patient care plans.
• Monitoring patient progress and modifying care plans as needed.
• Floating to PCU for MSU assignments unless telemetry trained.
• Maintaining precise and comprehensive patient records using the EPIC charting system.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• BLS (AHA or ARC) and NIHSS certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting.
• Availability to work every other weekend and up to 2 additional shifts every 6 weeks.
• Willingness to float as required.

Working Conditions

This position involves working in a 23-bed unit, providing care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
