Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Physician
Job Description
Our organization is in search of a full-time Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) physician to take on the role of Director of the Center for Fertility. This position offers a chance to lead the program into its next phase following a brief clinical hiatus after the previous REI physician's departure in July 2025. The Center is ready for a new beginning, featuring renovated facilities, upgraded equipment, and enhanced tissue storage systems. This is a unique opportunity for an REI leader to revitalize and influence a well-established program with over 30 years of history, enjoying significant autonomy and robust institutional backing.
The Director will be responsible for developing and expanding a comprehensive REI clinical practice in collaboration with a skilled team that includes embryologists, andrologists, lab assistants, nurses, and dedicated administrative personnel. By working closely with the embryologist, department chair, and administrative staff, the Director will contribute to the creation of efficient, reliable operations while establishing a vision for patient-focused, high-quality fertility care.
This position also includes a faculty appointment at the School of Medicine, providing opportunities to mentor residents and advance REI research. The academic department boasts a strong foundation, including 37 residents and 3 fellows, along with a multidisciplinary team of OB/GYN generalists, GYN/ONC, MFM, and URO/GYN specialists. Our organization has been a faith-based academic medical center dedicated to whole-person care, medical innovation, and education for over a century.
If you are enthusiastic about the chance to restart, rebuild, and lead—with the resources of an academic medical center and the freedom to create a program that reflects your vision—our organization invites your application.
