We are looking for a Gastroenterologist to join our expanding practice in a secure, physician-led, multispecialty environment.

This role is part of the growth of our Gastroenterology team, and we are in search of a board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologist. Procedures are conducted at a newly expanded, efficient, physician-owned surgery center located just across the street. The primary regional hospital is conveniently within walking distance from our main clinic. Our team comprises three GI physicians and five advanced practice providers, all supported by a dedicated care team and robust support services.

Our organization is a physician-led, professionally managed multispecialty group located in Central Oregon, with facilities in Bend, Redmond, and Sisters. We have over 200 providers across 40 specialties, serving a growing primary care population of more than 60,000 patients. Our medical group has established itself as a leader in quality care in Central Oregon, achieving a 4.9-star rating or higher on nearly all value-based contracts, ranking in the top decile for customer satisfaction, and earning a perfect Medicare Quality (MIPS) score of 100 out of 100 for both 2022 and 2024. We are committed to delivering patient-centered, high-quality care while keeping costs manageable for our patients and the community.

As a member of our team, you will benefit from:

  • A physician-led and professionally managed medical group where providers influence strategy, vision, and project execution.

  • A busy practice with high demand for GI services and significant growth potential.

  • Support from advanced practitioners for hospital and clinic coverage.

  • Rounding responsibilities at one community hospital.

  • Community call every six weeks, with support from advanced practitioners.

  • Procedures performed at a new, efficiently operated surgery center with an option for buy-in.

  • Competitive compensation rates with high earning potential and a quality bonus program.

  • Shareholder opportunities with additional compensation potential.

  • Easy access to resources, coding, and IT support through the Epic platform.

  • Advantages of working within a growing multispecialty medical practice, including:

    • Coordination of care with a large primary care base, surgical oncologists, general surgeons, oncologists, urologists, infusion services, and other subspecialties.

    • Comprehensive support teams for insurance authorization, billing, IT, HR, and more.

    • Onsite laboratory, radiology, and additional services.
