Job Overview:

We are on the lookout for skilled and enthusiastic Oral Surgeons to become part of our vibrant team at the Bismarck and Fargo locations. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding surgical expertise, a focus on patient care, and the capability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct a variety of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, such as dental extractions, implants, corrective jaw surgery, and trauma management.
  • Assess, diagnose, and formulate treatment plans for patients with diverse oral and facial issues.
  • Collaborate with other dental professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Inform patients and their families about surgical procedures, post-operative care, and oral health practices.
  • Maintain thorough and precise patient records.
  • Stay updated on advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery through ongoing education and professional growth.
Qualifications:
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental institution.
  • Completion of an accredited residency program in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
  • Board certification or eligibility in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
  • State licensure to practice dentistry and oral surgery in North Dakota.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong ethical standards and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team framework.
