Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient primary care services.
- Engage in a 4-day workweek, with the option for a 3-day schedule.
- Open to candidates from Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or General Practice backgrounds.
- Participate in an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) that prioritizes quality over quantity.
- Collaborate with an onsite mental health provider.
- Opportunity to take on weekend hospital shifts for additional income.
- Annual bonus potential of 5-10% based on ACO performance.
