Our organization is actively looking for a full-time, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endourologist to enhance our academic faculty within the Department of Urology. With a recent increase in residency positions and an expanding clinical presence, we seek a surgeon committed to advanced management of stone diseases and minimally invasive treatments for BPH.

The Role

We are in search of a candidate who has a keen interest or fellowship training in Endourology. A key aspect of this role will be to further develop our advanced stone and BPH program.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Employ cutting-edge technology across various clinical settings.
  • Establish and expand a high-volume practice focused on stone disease.
  • Guide and educate residents and medical students in advanced endoscopic procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Compensation & Benefits

The listed compensation range is for base salary only and will be adjusted based on years of experience and/or faculty rank: $300,000 - $400,000. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to the specific compensation plans of the department. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.

Qualifications
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
  • Eligibility for medical licensure in California.
  • A strong commitment to clinical education and community-oriented care.
  • Fellowship training is preferred but not mandatory for general tracks.
  • This position is not eligible for a Conrad 30 Waiver.
  • As a California employer, residency in California is required by the start date.
