Urologist - Endourology & BPH
Job Description
Our organization is actively looking for a full-time, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endourologist to enhance our academic faculty within the Department of Urology. With a recent increase in residency positions and an expanding clinical presence, we seek a surgeon committed to advanced management of stone diseases and minimally invasive treatments for BPH.
The RoleWe are in search of a candidate who has a keen interest or fellowship training in Endourology. A key aspect of this role will be to further develop our advanced stone and BPH program.
The ideal candidate will:
- Employ cutting-edge technology across various clinical settings.
- Establish and expand a high-volume practice focused on stone disease.
- Guide and educate residents and medical students in advanced endoscopic procedures.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
- Diverse Clinical Environments: Our faculty operates in a variety of clinical settings, including a leading Academic Medical Center, a dedicated Veterans Administration (VA) hospital, two "safety net" facilities, and a vibrant community hospital.

The listed compensation range is for base salary only and will be adjusted based on years of experience and/or faculty rank: $300,000 - $400,000. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to the specific compensation plans of the department. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.

- Eligibility for medical licensure in California.
