Pediatric Cardiologist
Job Description
Our organization is in search of a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatric Cardiologist. While a focus on non-invasive imaging is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.
The ideal candidate will become part of a dedicated team of academic pediatric cardiologists, delivering a comprehensive range of clinical pediatric cardiology services. This includes expertise in various areas such as multi-modal diagnostic imaging, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, fetal cardiology, heart failure, cardiac transplantation, and pulmonary hypertension. Academic positions will be available starting at the Assistant or Associate Professor level, with adjustments made based on prior experience.
About Our Children's HospitalOur Children’s Hospital is a 364-bed tertiary/quaternary facility located in Loma Linda, California, serving the pediatric population of the Inland Empire and the broader Southern California area. A cutting-edge medical center was inaugurated in 2021, which now houses pediatric cardiac imaging services, including echocardiography, stress testing, and catheterization laboratories equipped with two advanced biplane Siemens Artis q.Zen systems. Our Heart program has been recognized among the top 10 by US News and World Report, performing around 300 cardiac surgeries annually and conducting numerous catheterization procedures. Each year, we carry out approximately 9,000 echocardiograms, including 1,100 fetal echocardiograms.

Compensation and BenefitsThe starting base salary for this position ranges from $296,000 to $345,000, with adjustments based on experience and faculty rank. This figure does not encompass variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to the specific compensation plans of the department.
