Anesthesiologists

Our organization is on the lookout for patient-focused, collaborative, and nurturing Anesthesiologists to enhance our expanding teams throughout Indiana. Available locations include IU Health Methodist & University Hospitals in Indianapolis and IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie. This position presents an exciting chance to work in both academic and community hospital environments, emphasizing a strong dedication to clinical excellence, education, and patient care.

Position Highlights

• Engage in a full-time clinical role that encompasses a blend of inpatient and outpatient duties.

• Experience a diverse range of cases, including general, ENT, GYN, neuro, thoracic, cardiovascular, obstetric, endoscopy, bronchoscopy, and more.

• Participate in educational activities for medical students, residents, and fellows, with the possibility of a faculty position through the IU School of Medicine.

• Enjoy flexible scheduling that accommodates faculty initiatives, research, and quality improvement projects.

• Call responsibilities are required (specifics vary by location).

• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team of anesthesiologists and anesthetists.

• Visa sponsorship (H-1B) is available.

Qualifications

• Completion of residency training in Anesthesiology (mandatory).

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anesthesiology (mandatory).

• Must be eligible for or currently possess an Indiana medical license (mandatory).

• Preference for candidates with subspecialty training or interest in obstetric, neuro, or cardiovascular anesthesia.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

• Open to both experienced professionals and recent graduates.
