Join Our Team as a Gastroenterologist

We are a leading healthcare organization in Missouri, looking for a skilled Gastroenterologist to become part of our collaborative team located just outside St. Louis. This position offers a convenient commute from the St. Louis metropolitan area.

Position Overview

• Become a member of an established practice with mentorship opportunities available.
• Perform 3-4 endoscopic procedures weekly.
• Once settled, enjoy a flexible schedule with as few as 3 clinic days per month. Current staff member states, "I've never had to go find patients; I have always been as full as I want to be."
• Work with an efficient team averaging 12-16 procedures daily.
• Utilize EMR-EPIC and AI Scribe technology.
• Experience minimal turnover among support staff.

Compensation Package

• Receive a two-year guaranteed salary of $750,000.
• Enjoy a sign-on bonus of $100,000.
• Benefit from student loan repayment assistance.

• Your initial compensation package exceeds $860,000.
