Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care through professional and clinical expertise in management.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Float within the same specialty across local facilities as required.
- Work every other weekend.
- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:5-6.
- Utilize the EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting.
- Experience with the EPIC system is mandatory.
- Current state nursing license is required.
- BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association) are necessary.
- COVID-19 vaccination is required (medical and religious exemptions may be considered).
