Our organization, a community-oriented nonprofit hospital with 35 beds located in southern Alabama, is in search of a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine physician to become part of our dedicated team. This role involves a combination of emergency department coverage and light inpatient duties within a nurturing rural environment.

• 4-On / 10-Off hybrid schedule - Involves both Emergency Department and inpatient care
• Engage in a wide range of medical practices while playing a significant role in a close-knit community
• Strong partnerships for patient transfers with advanced care facilities in Mobile, AL
• New graduates from 2027 are encouraged to apply
• Hospital-employed position with a potential salary of $450K | Sign-on bonus is negotiable
