Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care, including preventive services, prenatal care, labor and delivery management, and postpartum support.

  • Diagnose and treat a variety of gynecological issues, such as reproductive health concerns, menstrual irregularities, pelvic pain, and menopause-related challenges.

  • Conduct in-office procedures, including pelvic examinations, Pap smears, colposcopies, biopsies, and contraceptive management.

  • Perform surgical interventions, including cesarean sections, hysterectomies, laparoscopic procedures, and other gynecological surgeries as necessary.

  • Oversee patient care in both outpatient and hospital environments, prioritizing quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.

  • Work collaboratively with women's health nurse practitioners, certified nurse midwives, and other team members to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.

  • Maintain precise and timely documentation within the EMR (eCW/Epic).

  • Participate in call rotations and provide after-hours or emergency OB/GYN care as required.

  • Educate patients on reproductive health, family planning, pregnancy, and preventive care.

  • Follow clinical guidelines, best practices, and regulatory standards while fostering a positive and professional practice environment.
