We are currently looking for a Gastroenterologist in Naperville who is passionate about enhancing health and improving care for our patients. This role involves collaborating with a care team to explore innovative solutions that advance healthcare.

Opportunity Highlights

• Seeking a BC/BE General Gastroenterologist
• Open to experienced physicians as well as those newly completing their training
• Join a team of 30 Gastroenterologists and 5 advanced practice providers
• Clinic locations include Naperville, Warrenville, Lockport, Downers Grove, and Aurora
• Hospital responsibilities at Edward Hospital in Naperville
• On-call rotation is 1:9
• Extensive mentorship available for recent graduates
• Strong internal referral network and collaborative partnerships with over 1,000 providers
• Competitive total compensation package ranging from $550,000 to $700,000, including potential bonuses, CME funds, and eligibility for equity through a shareholder track

Compensation & Benefits

• The expected base salary for this role ranges from $525,000 to $550,000, depending on qualifications and experience. This position may also qualify for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, a catalyst training stipend, and a relocation bonus, leading to a total target cash compensation between $550,000 and $700,000.
