Our organization, a leading independent oncology and hematology practice in Maine, is actively seeking a Board-Certified (or Eligible) Hematologist to become part of our successful, physician-led team. As a private practice affiliated with a renowned cancer institute, we provide a unique blend of independence, robust support systems, and access to innovative research, tumor boards, precision medicine, and clinical trials.

• Attractive compensation: Competitive salary based on MGMA median, starting at $550K+ base plus wRVU bonuses.
• Work schedule: 4 days in the clinic and 1 administrative day each week.

• Patient volume: Manageable caseload of 12-16 patients per day after the initial ramp-up period.
• On-call responsibilities: Low-burden call schedule with a 1:16 rotation; APPs handle first calls, resulting in minimal calls per year.
