Emergency Medicine in Oregon Mountain Town | 240/hr + Bonuses | 8 Hr Shifts

Our organization, a respected non-profit hospital located in a picturesque mountain town in southern Oregon, is on the lookout for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Emergency Medicine physician to become part of our team due to an impending retirement. You will be joining a well-established group consisting of 12 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers at this level III trauma center, situated in a community that is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts.

• Work 15 shifts of 8 hours each month, with various time slots including 6 AM - 2 PM, 9 AM - 5 PM, 2 PM - 10 PM, 5 PM - 1 AM, and 10 PM - 6 AM.
• Handle an average of 1.5 to 2 patients per hour.
• Compensation of $240 per hour, along with productivity bonuses and shift differentials.
• Receive a $75,000 sign-on and retention bonus, plus additional relocation support.
