Exciting Opportunity for a Gastroenterologist in Grand Rapids, MI

We are thrilled to invite a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join our well-established and expanding program in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The new team member will be part of our flagship hospital, which is recognized as the largest healthcare system in the state, excelling in various specialties including cardiovascular care, oncology, obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics, neurosciences, and trauma services.

Hospital Highlights:

• Specialized programs in Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), Interventional Endoscopy, and Hepatology

Position Highlights:

• Become part of a collaborative team consisting of 19 physicians and 22 advanced practice providers (APPs)
• Opportunities in General GI, IBD, Hepatology, and Motility; support for any subspecialty
• High-volume GI practice within a regional referral center; teaching and research opportunities available but not mandatory
• Strong support from ancillary services
• 10-room ambulatory surgery center (ASC) dedicated to general endoscopy, along with two hospital-based endoscopy units
• Call schedule of 1:5 weeks, with hospital coverage shared among three physicians across two nearby hospitals (less than 15 minutes apart)
• Flexible outpatient work, endoscopy, and office days; utilizing advanced AI technology to enhance administrative efficiency
• Competitive base salary with an RVU structure, allowing for high productivity and flexible scheduling
