Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Child Psychiatrist to join our team in a PHP/IOP role based in Murrieta, California.
Position OverviewThis role involves delivering psychiatric care within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The selected physician will perform psychiatric assessments, oversee medication management, and work alongside a multidisciplinary behavioral health team to create tailored treatment plans aimed at enhancing patient stability and recovery.

Compensation & BenefitsThe starting base salary for this position ranges from $250,000 to $321,000, depending on experience and faculty rank. This figure represents the base compensation only and does not include variable pay or additional productivity incentives, which are determined by departmental compensation plans. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
