Sales Executive for the NORTHWEST, AZ/COLORADO RIVER AREA

Peddler’s Son is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly self-motivated, and understands the importance of delivering exceptional customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain a strong customer base within assigned territory
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Manage accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work closely with operations, warehouse, and dispatch to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competition
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
• Meet and exceed sales goals and performance expectations
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and account activity

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven sales experience (food distribution preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
• Valid driver’s license

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Interaction with customers, warehouse, and transportation teams
• Will require local travel and in-person customer visits
