Signature Staffing is hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive for a well-established local media and publishing company. This is a great opportunity for a driven professional who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and creating impactful marketing strategies.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including advertisers and partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries
- Present and sell advertising packages, sponsorships, and marketing solutions
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and subscriptions
- Manage digital campaigns including social media, email marketing, and website content
- Coordinate promotional efforts, events, and partnerships
- Track performance metrics and report on sales and campaign success
- Stay informed on market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or advertising
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience with digital marketing tools, social media, and CRM systems
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset
- Experience in media, publishing, or advertising is a plus
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or paid ads is a plus
