Noonday Gardens is a boutique horticultural design and plant‑care company specializing in artistic garden styling, curated landscape beds, and premium indoor/outdoor plant maintenance.
We’re not a traditional landscaping crew — no mowing, weed‑eating, or unimaginative installs. We create and maintain beautiful, design‑forward plant environments for clients who value excellence.

As our Landscape / Garden Design Team Lead, you’ll guide a small team and ensure the exceptional plant health and artistic quality Noonday is known for.
- Lead and inspire a team to complete plant‑care and garden‑styling projects
- Install and maintain artistic garden beds, seasonal displays, and container arrangements
- Care for premium indoor and outdoor plants — watering, pruning, fertilizing, monitoring health
- Use your artistic eye to create intentional, beautiful plant environments
- Assist with design concepts that reflect the Noonday brand
- Safely handle materials and equipment (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Drive to various work sites in Waco (valid driver’s license required)
- Trailer‑driving skills are a plus
- At least 1 year of experience in gardening, nursery work, greenhouse work, or horticulture
- A love for the outdoors and ability to work in the Texas heat
- Physical stamina and comfort with hands‑on work
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- An eye for design and detail
- Computer skills are a plus (bidding, simple design tasks)
- Leadership experience or natural leadership ability
