Our agency opened in 1992 and is a well-established team of eight built on experience, consistency, and strong customer relationships. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a commercial underwriter, bringing a deep understanding of the industry into how we serve our clients.

I attended the University of Louisiana Monroe and am married with one child. We enjoy spending time together traveling and staying active through sports. We stay involved in the community through various fundraising events and local initiatives.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Karen Williams - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
