Kitchen Crew at TC'S TREATS 1

Looking for experienced kitchen crew team members to help us introduce our food menu at the new TC's! As a kitchen crew team member you will be required to:

• Prepare simple dishes and salads
• Prep ingredients
• Properly store food
• Fully stock ingredients and seasonings measurements
• Monitor the ingredients for dishes, and report inventory needs
• Assist with the organization of the kitchen area
• Sanitize the kitchen and maintain it before and after use
• Maintain kitchen equipment
• Properly label the ingredients
• Be prepared for additional duties in the store throughout your shift
• Following all the policies and procedures of our manual
• Answering customer questions
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the store

Kitchen Team Member Qualifications

The ideal team member will have experience in food preparation and food service

You have to be a team player, and be able to work quickly in a high-pressure environment as well as to adapt to changes on the go

Candidate must have ServSafe Food Handler certification or complete certification within 30 days of hire

You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work holidays, weekends, and evenings regularly or occasionally

Must be able to follow instructions

Must have good communication skills

In this position, you will have to work on your feet for long hours including crouching and kneeling when needed

Must be able to lift as much as 50 pounds

Must be able to cut, chop and scoop

Able to work humid, wet, or hot conditions
