We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Supervisor to oversee commercial cleaning operations across multiple client locations. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for managing janitorial staff, ensuring quality standards are met, supporting client relationships, and helping daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise janitorial teams across assigned locations
• Conduct site visits and quality inspections
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor hours
• Respond to client concerns and resolve issues promptly
• Train, coach, and support employees
• Monitor supplies, equipment, and safety compliance
• Work closely with management to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in janitorial, facilities, or service industries preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities
• Experience with employee management and quality inspections
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license required
