Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets through disciplined execution.

  • Manage and track sales opportunities using CRM to drive pipeline growth.

  • Identify target accounts and cultivate relationships to convert prospects into deals.

  • Prepare accurate forecasts and provide weekly status updates to leadership.

  • Conduct on-site client meetings and product demonstrations to showcase value.

  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize demand generation and lead quality.

  • Provide timely post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Adhere to contractual terms and ethics while pursuing growth opportunities.

  • Document activities and outcomes to improve visibility across the team.

  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and progressively take on higher-responsibility tasks.

  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and industry trends to inform strategy.

  • Frequent self-review and performance reflection to optimize personal merit-based rewards.
