What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Server at Berries Basket Cafe, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Taking food and drink orders while answering menu questions with confidence.
- Accurately entering orders into the system and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Checking in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
- Handling payments and providing excellent customer service.
- Keeping tables and dining areas clean and assisting with resetting tables.
- Supporting side work and collaborating with your team to maintain a welcoming and efficient environment.

What We’re Looking For: Skills and Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience as a server in a full-service restaurant.
- A valid food handler’s certificate and BASSET certificate (required).
- A passion for customer service and creating positive guest experiences.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- A proactive and energetic attitude to keep up with the fast-paced environment of a full-service restaurant.
