Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Therapist (LCSW or LPC) in Ferrum, Virginia.

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday schedule available: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base salary: $60,000-$75,000 annually
• $4,000 sign-on bonus

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide outpatient behavioral health counseling services for patients across the lifespan
• Deliver individual, couples, family, group, and substance use disorder counseling services
• Collaborate closely with medical and pharmacy teams to support integrated patient care plans
• Participate in warm hand-offs with primary care teams to improve continuity of care
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation standards
• Support mission-driven community behavioral health initiatives

• Active Virginia LCSW or LPC license REQUIRED
