Responsibilities
- Collect and document relevant data pertaining to the patient’s health status and treatment needs.
- Analyze assessment data to identify diagnoses and care issues; develop and implement an evidence-based plan of care.
- Coordinate care delivery, delegating appropriately and ensuring patient safety and a healing environment.
- Implement the plan of care, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed to achieve outcomes.
- Provide patient and family education; participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Collaborate with the patient, family, and interdisciplinary team to support safe and effective treatment.

Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of California (Required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; CPR certification acceptable per AH policy (Required)
- Infusion nursing experience preferred; solid foundational infusion knowledge recommended
- BSN degree preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital infusion setting and maintain professional standards in patient care

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
