The Red Barn is looking for a warm, dependable, and engaging Pre-K Teacher who is ready to truly invest in a classroom, a team, and a group of children for the entire school year.

Responsibilities Include:

• Leading a Pre-K classroom using developmentally appropriate practices
  
  
• Creating engaging lesson plans and classroom activities
  
  
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and nurturing environment
  
  
• Communicating professionally with families and team members
  
  
• Supporting childrens emotional development and kindergarten readiness
  
  
• Following DHS licensing standards and center policies
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience working with preschool-aged children
  
  
• Strong classroom leadership and communication skills
  
  
• Dependability and professionalism
  
  
• CDA, ECE coursework, or related experience preferred
  
  
• Ability to work MondayFriday consistently
