Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a School-Based Therapist (LCSW or LPC) in Floyd, Virginia.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• School-based behavioral health role providing counseling services to students within an integrated care model
• Office located directly inside a middle school environment
• Combination of in-person counseling and telehealth support to partner locations
• Collaborative behavioral health structure with warm hand-offs and coordination alongside medical and pharmacy teams
• Outpatient weekday schedule with no call responsibilities

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday schedule
• 7:30 AM-4:30 PM

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base salary: $62,400-$72,000 annually based on licensure and experience

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide in-person counseling services to students and staff within school-based setting
• Deliver telehealth counseling support to partner sites as assigned
• Participate in integrated behavioral health workflows including warm hand-offs and outreach
• Collaborate with medical and pharmacy teams to support patient care coordination
• Maintain documentation and care planning responsibilities within outpatient behavioral health setting

• Active Virginia LCSW or LPC license REQUIRED
• Comfortable working within school-based behavioral health environment REQUIRED
• Strong counseling and communication skills REQUIRED

• Comfortable providing both in-person and telehealth counseling services REQUIRED
• Experience working with children and adolescents preferred
