Are you a skilled carpenter, tradesperson, or construction professional ready to take the next step in your career? Do you enjoy leading projects, solving problems, and seeing a job through from start to finish?

At Paul Davis Restoration, we help homeowners and businesses rebuild after property damage caused by fire, water, storms, and other disasters. We are looking for a hands-on Reconstruction Project Manager who understands construction, communicates well with customers, and can confidently lead projects in the field.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone coming from carpentry, remodeling, roofing, framing, or the skilled trades who is ready to grow into a leadership role with a stable, growing company.

What Youll Do

• Manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, and materials
• Perform site visits and ensure projects stay on schedule and budget
• Communicate with customers throughout the reconstruction process
• Review scopes of work and ensure quality workmanship
• Monitor job progress, documentation, and project profitability
• Problem solve in real time and keep projects moving forward
• Deliver a high-level customer experience during difficult situations

What Were Looking For

• Background in carpentry, construction, remodeling, restoration, roofing, or skilled trades
• Leadership experience on jobsites or managing crews preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Organized, driven, and solution-oriented mindset
• Experience reading estimates, scopes, or blueprints is a plus
• Restoration industry experience is helpful but not required we can train the right construction professional
