We are seeking a skilled Preventive Maintenance Technician with experience in the hotel industry to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
- Monitor and maintain HVAC systems to provide a comfortable environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with the hotel management team to develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, minimizing disruption to guests and hotel operations.
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering necessary supplies for maintenance activities.
- Provide support and guidance to other maintenance team members as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve maintenance processes and techniques.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in preventive maintenance, specifically within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Relevant vocational or technical training/certification is a plus.
