ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2025 and is a growing team of three with exciting plans to expand. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member for another agent, building a strong foundation in the business.

I hold a Risk Management & Insurance degree from Eastern Kentucky University and enjoy staying active through golf and exercise. We stay highly involved in the community through local festivals, school partnerships, and connecting with local businesses.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Trey Boggs - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
