This is not a wait for leads role. Its for someone who creates momentum, stays on the phone, and finishes what they start.

What Youll Do

• Proactively prospect, quote, and close new business (daily activity matters)
• Follow up fast and consistentlyyou dont let opportunities go cold
• Explain and recommend insurance products with confidence and clarity
• Own the process from first contact application renewal
• Handle objections professionally and keep deals moving forward
• Keep accurate, organized records and pipeline notes (details close deals)

What Were Looking For

• Competitive bulldog drive with strong follow-through
• Comfortable hearing no and staying positive and persistent
• Strong communication and people skills, you can build trust quickly
• Goal-oriented, coachable, and accountable
• Sales/customer service experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus)
• Licensing: P&C and Life/Health or willingness to obtain
