Key Responsibilities:
'05; Perform daily clean-up and housekeeping tasks
'05; Operate heavy equipment including forklifts and bobcats
'05; Conduct routine maintenance (lubrication, inspections)
'05; Move and manage raw materials and finished products
'05; Follow detailed safety protocols and SOPs
'05; Train and support new team members
'05; Take on various tasks as assigned by leadership
Job Requirements:
???? Must be able to:
• Climb stairs/ladders, work at heights, and in confined spaces
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Perform repetitive motion and physical tasks
• Work in extreme environmental conditions (heat, cold, noise, humidity)
???? Additional Requirements:
• Willingness to work swing shifts, weekends, and overtime
• Strong situational awareness and safety focus
• Ability to follow instructions with precision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a steel mill, factory, or industrial setting
- Forklift or heavy machinery operation
- Solid teamwork skills and mechanical aptitude
