About the Role

Our Adult Day Health (ADH) program is seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personal care and support to adult participants in a structured daytime setting. This is a great opportunity for CNAs who prefer a stable day schedule without overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  
  
• Provide safe transfers and mobility assistance
  
  
• Monitor participant safety throughout the day
  
  
• Measure and record vital signs
  
  
• Report changes in condition to RN
  
  
• Assist with group activities and engagement
  
  
• Complete accurate documentation
  
  

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts CNA certification
  
  
• Current CPR certification
  
  
• Ability to lift/transfer participants safely
  
  
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
  
  
• Experience in ADH, long-term care
