Berries Basket Café, a family-owned restaurant coming soon to Colorado Springs, Colorado, is searching for energetic and customer-service-oriented Hosts and Baristas to join our team! Whether you’re experienced in the restaurant industry or eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

At Berries Basket Café, we pride ourselves on serving generous portions of homemade breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a full-service setting. Guests will enjoy a full coffee bar, fresh-squeezed orange juice, specialty drinks, and a pet-friendly patio. Be part of our mission to create a dining experience that feels like home.

What You’ll DoAs a Host:

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and create a welcoming first impression.
• Manage the waitlist and assist with seating guests.
• Answer basic menu and restaurant questions.
• Help manage reservations (if applicable) and communicate with servers and managers.
• Keep the front entry and host area clean and organized.
• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries when needed.

As a Barista:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and other café beverages.
• Take orders and operate the POS system with accuracy.
• Maintain drink quality and consistency by following recipes and food safety standards.
• Keep the barista station clean, stocked, and organized.
• Assist with light food or café prep as needed.
• Provide friendly and efficient service while ensuring a welcoming guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable and friendly individuals who enjoy working with people.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to stay organized and calm during busy times.
• Comfortable standing and walking for long periods.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and shifts as needed.
• Previous experience in restaurants, cafes, or customer service is preferred, but we are happy to train the right person with a positive attitude and reliability.
