Job Description
Cristo Rey Jesuit High School is seeking a mission-driven, adaptable educator or youth development professional to join our team in a unique hybrid role supporting both classroom instruction and academic operations.

This is a part-time (20-28 hours/week), benefits-eligible position that works from August 2026 through June 2027.
What You’ll Do
???? Be a consistent presence for students by providing on-demand classroom coverage and maintaining a strong, supportive learning environment
???? Collaborate with school leaders (Deans, Assistant Principal, Principal) to keep academic systems, events, and communications running smoothly
???? Build relationships across the school community—students, staff, families, and volunteers

- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Bilingual in Spanish & English (required)
- Experience in education, youth programming, or community-based work strongly preferred
- Classroom teaching experience or licensure is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
