I hold a Masters degree in Business Management from Strayer University, have one son, and stay active as a Division I mens basketball referee. Im also a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity and value both leadership and community involvement. We stay deeply involved in the community through various charitable efforts and local initiatives.

- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
