Compensation:$104,000 - $216,000
Responsibilities:
- Meet daily with amazing 75–105-year-old patients and families to HELP them take the next step to recovering hearing and communication
- By example, lead our providers
- ASK great questions to allow patients to ADMIT LOSS
- LISTEN empathically to uncover their CONCERN to get help NOW
- LEAD them to the best treatment for them, earning their TRUST
- Get payment (private pay, not covered by insurance)
- Train by the example you set!
- Pass on your gift to the next generation!
Qualifications:
Proven history of the following skills
- Expert in influential sales and outcomes
- Solid understanding of the psychology of sales
- Understanding of the psychology of hearing impaired or teachable to learn here
- Producing leader of your current influential/sales team now
- Faithful, able, and teachable to learn our system and contribute to refining it
- History and willingness to train others by example
- Ability to communicate with this age group extremely well

- Monday- Friday 8 am-5 pm
- Paid Education- Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist and National Board Certification
- PTO, Health, life, dental, disability, and other
- Tampa Bay Area

- Base plus bonus $104,000-$216,000 per year
