Become a Key Player as a Lifecycle Marketing AnalystYou will own email performance and incrementality to drive onboarding, engagement, and winback outcomes for the organization. You’ll partner closely with email marketers and analytics stakeholders to design experiments, produce decision-ready insights, and translate results into measurable growth. This role is onsite in San Jose, CA and is a full-time contract engagement from 06/01/2026 to 08/31/2026.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team- Own email performance and incrementality across onboarding, engagement, and winback cohorts
- Design and read experiments (A/B tests, holdouts) to prove causal impact
- Perform hands-on analysis using SQL and Python/R to produce clear, decision-ready insights
- Build trusted reporting, metric definitions, and performance dashboards for email
- Partner with email marketers to turn learnings into results and take ownership of outcomes
- 6+ years of experience in lifecycle email analytics
- Strong experimentation and statistics background (A/B testing, holdouts, incrementality, causal inference)
- Hands-on SQL required; Python or R preferred
- Experience building reporting and BI views; ability to define and maintain metrics
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Math, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong partnership and ownership mindset; clear, outcome-oriented communication and storytelling
- Experience with adjacent lifecycle channels (push, in-app, SMS)
- Familiarity with marketing platforms and lifecycle tooling
$73.24 - $91.55/hour
