Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote cognitive and social development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Assess and monitor each child's progress through regular evaluations and observations.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's learning and development.
- Supervise classroom activities and ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
- Work closely with fellow educators to promote a cohesive and effective teaching team.
- Bachelor's degree or Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a preschool or early childhood setting.
- PA teaching certification or equivalent credential preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Creative, energetic, and patient demeanor.
