Berries Basket Cafe, a family-owned restaurant opening soon in Colorado Springs, Colorado, is looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Bussers and Dishwashers. At Berries Basket Cafe, we pride ourselves on serving homemade breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a warm and welcoming setting. With a full coffee bar, fresh-squeezed orange juice, specialty drinks, and a pet-friendly patio, we’re creating a dining experience that feels like home.

What You’ll DoAs a Dishwasher:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized.
• Remove trash, sweep, and mop as needed.
• Assist with maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.
• Restock clean dishes and supplies for the kitchen and dining areas.
• Support the kitchen team with basic cleaning tasks and other duties as needed.

As a Busser:

• Clear and reset tables to ensure the dining room is ready for guests.
• Remove dishes and glassware from tables and wipe down surfaces.
• Restock supplies and assist servers during busy shifts.
• Help run food or drinks when needed.
• Maintain clean floors and guest areas for a welcoming environment.
• Support the team during peak times to keep everything running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• No prior experience required—we’re willing to train the right person!
• Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not necessary.
• Punctual, dependable, and ready to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and working around hot water and kitchen equipment.
• A team player who’s willing to pitch in wherever needed.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and shifts as required.
