The Challenge

We’re looking for a Precision Machining Technician who blends careful setup with sharp troubleshooting. You’ll run CNC mills using Okuma, ProtoTRAK, and Fanuc controls, adjusting parameters in real time to keep quality locked in. You’ll protect people and product by living our safety and quality standards and help the team move faster without compromising precision.

What You’ll Own

• Setup and operate CNC milling centers to produce components that meet print and GD&T requirements.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints, and work orders to plan efficient machining steps.
• Monitor cycles; adjust tool wear, work offsets, and cutting conditions to maintain spec.
• Perform routine maintenance and diagnose issues to reduce downtime.
• Follow safety protocols and quality procedures throughout production.
• Coordinate with team members to optimize workflow and throughput.
• Record production data, inspection results, and machine performance accurately.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; CNC-focused certificate or technical training preferred.
• Experience operating CNC mills or similar machining centers.
• Working knowledge of CNC programming and machine operation.
• Ability to read and apply technical documents and blueprints.
• Detail-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Clear communicator and collaborative teammate.
• Availability for flexible scheduling and overtime as needed.
