Associate Advisor (Medicare & Retirement)
Job Description
Green Insurance Agency is hiring motivated, competitive individuals who want to build a professional sales career with a clear path to six-figure income. We are hiring 4 new advisors in the next 4 weeks.
This role starts with structured training and paid licensing support, then transitions into a client-facing advisor position helping people make confident Medicare coverage decisions. You will work with prospects who requested guidance rather than cold-calling strangers, while developing the skills needed to become a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities
During your training phase, you will:
- Learn our client education process and sales system
- Set appointments using warm inbound interest
- Prepare for your Life and Health insurance license (paid by the agency)
After licensing, you will:
- Meet with prospects who requested Medicare guidance
- Present coverage options including Medicare Advantage, Supplements, and ancillary products
- Help clients understand coverage gaps and make confident decisions
- Follow up with active opportunities already in the pipeline
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation
As you grow in the role, you will:
