Client Services & Support Coordinator

Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services & Support Coordinator to manage scheduling, coordinate service delivery, and track support activity. This role supports clients and internal teams by ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient IT service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries and support requests promptly.
  • Manage service calendars and customer database.
  • Track and update support tickets, documentation, and reports.
  • Generate and present service delivery reports.
  • Collaborate with staff, vendors, and management for efficient service.
  • Assist with process improvements and identifying business opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and follow-up skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and general business software.
  • Experience in customer service or admin roles.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Typing speed: 60+ WPM.
  • Some college preferred (AA or Bachelors).
