Were hiring a BCaBA for a full-time, hybrid role where youll support clinical programming, work closely with BCBAs, and grow your skills; with scheduling, client success, billing, and administrative teams in place to support you.

What Youll Do

• Lead nd supervise clinical care BTs/RBTs for amanageable caseload (1015 clients)
• Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours/week
• Support assessments and treatment plan implementation under BCBA guidance
  
• Track and review client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery

What Were Looking For

• Active BCaBA certification (BACB)
• ABA experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable traveling throughout Los Angeles and Orange County
