Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in El Paso, Texas.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• School-based behavioral health counseling role within structured outpatient environment
• Opportunity to support students through integrated counseling services during academic calendar year
• Predictable weekday schedule with no weekends referenced
• Team-oriented care model supporting behavioral health access within school setting
• Outpatient counseling environment with manageable caseload expectations

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday
• 40-hour work week
• School-based 187-workday calendar
• Minimum daily caseload expectation of 5 patients

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base salary: $60,000 annually
• Encounter-based monthly bonus structure
• 3% above baseline: $210 bonus
• 5% above baseline: $350 bonus
• 10% above baseline: $700 bonus

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide school-based counseling services within outpatient behavioral health structure
• Maintain minimum patient caseload expectations
• Collaborate within interdisciplinary care environment
• Support behavioral health needs of school-based patient population
• Maintain required clinical documentation and care coordination activities

Requirements:

• Active Texas LPC license REQUIRED
• Comfortable working within school-based behavioral health environment REQUIRED
• Ability to work effectively within team-based care model REQUIRED
• Strong communication and collaboration skills REQUIRED
• Bilingual Spanish skills preferred but not required
• Limited Spanish proficiency accepted per client notes
