What Youll Do
- Respond to residential and commercial property losses caused by water, fire, mold, storm, or other disasters
- Perform water extraction, demolition, structural drying, debris removal, and site stabilization
- Set up and monitor drying equipment and document moisture readings
- Complete mitigation services safely, efficiently, and professionally
- Communicate with homeowners, customers, adjusters, and internal teams throughout the project
- Maintain accurate job documentation, photos, and notes
- Follow industry standards, safety protocols, and company procedures
- Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response as needed
- Previous experience in restoration/mitigation required
- Experience with water mitigation, demo, drying equipment, and emergency services
- Knowledge of restoration industry standards and best practices
- IICRC certifications are a plus
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying environments
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
