We are seeking a driven and customer-focused HVAC Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for meeting with homeowners, assessing comfort needs, designing customized heating and cooling solutions, and closing high-value residential HVAC projects.

The ideal candidate is confident, personable, and motivated by performance-based earnings. You will be provided with qualified leads and are expected to deliver a professional in-home sales experience from consultation to signed agreement.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations with residential customers
  
  
• Evaluate existing HVAC systems and identify replacement or upgrade opportunities
  
  
• Perform load calculations and recommend properly sized systems
  
  
• Present financing options and explain rebates or promotions
  
  
• Build trust and educate homeowners on energy efficiency and long-term savings
  
  
• Close sales and accurately document contracts
  
  
• Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project completion
  
  
• Maintain follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals
  
  

Qualifications:

• Prior HVAC, in-home sales, or home improvement sales experience preferred
  
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills
  
  
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently
  
  
• Self-motivated with a strong closing ability
  
  
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
