What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyze pay data, market trends, and salary benchmarks to guide compensation decisions
- Build reports, dashboards, and models to support pay programs, including incentive plans
- Partner with HR, finance, and leadership to review roles, maintain salary structures, and support pay changes
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of compensation experience, including provider compensation
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to work with large data sets and build reports
